Yes you are (aka “sub-contractor”). How so? Arise and Caring Is Giving LLC (CIG) does not deduct taxes or social security. Secondly, you are in control of your work schedule and performance. After completing and passing training (aka certification) you are committed by a contract (i.e., SOW = Statement of Work) between you and the client (i.e., Disney, Carnival Cruise & etc).
Neither, you work for the client(s). Here's the explanation, ARISE labors in getting the big contracts with various clients. In turn, ARISE screens and trains you (i.e., think of an employment agency or broker).
ARISE deducts $19.75 per pay check for technical support, administration and training. Caring Is Giving LLC dispenses your pay and provides administrative services, basic troubleshooting and support and deducts a flat fee $29 per pay check. If you slack up on your hourly requirements and performance you will be contacted as a kindly reminder and will be directed for further assistance.
The fee is not for the same thing. Most fees range from $30 - $75 per paycheck. Caring Is Giving LLC provides support in the form of (1) continuing education; (2) accounting; (3) revenue disbursement services; (4) the opportunity to service clients without having to incorporate; (5) invaluable coaching. Whereas, ARISE does not provide these services; their function is different from the IBO. ARISE made the decision to work only with IBOs who have the legal documentation and setup. Therefore, they hold IBOs responsible for providing, informing and qualifying agents (CSP). In turn, IBOs are permitted to charge a fee for their continuous service.
(1) Mainline with wires; phones without voicemail and calling waiting features; (2) VOIP (Voice over IP) is permissible.

No. For example, when we attended college or university we were not paid for attending classes. We earned income once we earned a diploma, certificate or degree; these items gave our future employer a measure of confidence that we could do the job. ARISE and Caring Is Giving LLC do not compensate for time spent in a client’s certification course as it considers the knowledge obtained will contribute to your success. Please keep in mind your expense for any course is tax deductible.
As soon as class is completed and you are officially certified (aka you passed the course). For example, if your course is 10 days you will be able to work that same week. They want you to start as soon as possible – when the information is fresh in your mind.
Yes, I totally recommend it. I work two clients. For example, if Company 1 is having technical issues I may switch to the Company 2 for more hours until Company 1 get their issues corrected. I call it Plan A and Plan B. But you have to coordinate between the two correctly which I will explain as you get to that point.
No. Your obligation towards Caring Is Giving LLC is (a) work your shifts as promised; (b) clear communication if there are any issues so I may assist or direct you to the person who can clarify your concerns. Whereas, your obligation towards the company aka "client" will be outlined in your contract aka "SOW" once you take their course; (c) Caring Is Giving LLC and Arise do not charge you anything if you do not work. Second, you will be in an inactive state with no penalty as long as you left on good terms; (d) If you need to step away for 30 days or less you will not need to take another class.
Once you start working then your payments will be made via direct deposit. You will be provided with a payment schedule for the entire year which will average to approximately two pay periods per month.
